Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP • Work with the five-engineer R&D team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and reduce build times • Improve the code deployment process • Collaborate with developers to debug performance bottlenecks • Optimize Ruby/Rails environment configurations • Improve overall system reliability • Build, monitor, and optimize infrastructure for emerging AI capabilities • Support running, fine-tuning, and querying AI systems • Implement and manage logging, alerting, and monitoring tools • Ensure high uptime and quick incident response

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management • Experience with GCP is a plus • Deep proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Strong expertise with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent • Proven experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Ruby on Rails applications • Understanding of Bundler, Puma/Passenger, and memory management • Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles is a nice-to-have • AI/ML infrastructure experience is a nice-to-have • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector is a nice-to-have • Experience managing API integrations with major LLM providers is a nice-to-have • Experience handling local model deployments and GPU scaling is a nice-to-have
