Beschreibung

• Overall ownership of the EiPaaS application (Bridgegate) and its environment. • Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of 834 electronic files, provider files, and other items processed through the EiPaaS/Bridgegate application. • Maintain enterprise-wide oversight of all Bridgegate workflows. • Responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, and support of the organization’s EiPaaS/Bridgegate environment. • Ensuring accurate and timely electronic data exchange, with primary ownership of 834 electronic file processing. • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for electronic file integrations. • Monitor and troubleshoot all EiPaaS/Bridgegate related processes and workflows.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 2+ years of experience in operations, EDI processing, healthcare enrollment, or systems workflow management. • 1-2 years of direct experience working with 834 electronic files and understanding of EDI file structures. • Experience using Bridgegate or a comparable integration or data workflow platform. • Demonstrated experience monitoring automated workflows and resolving production issues. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. • Ability to interpret data mappings and validate file outputs. • Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
