Beschreibung

• Design and build end-to-end product features across backend services and the React frontend • Build structured, testable backend services and clean, reusable frontend components • Improve performance, usability, and long-term maintainability • Contribute to a multi-stack production environment and evolve the overall architecture • Model domains, define boundaries, and contribute to architectural decisions • Use AI tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating generated code • Own CI/CD, observability, performance, and production behaviour • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Improve reliability, security, and operational robustness • Raise engineering standards through feedback, pragmatic decisions, and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong full-stack engineering experience • Deep backend experience in Java, Node.js, or another modern stack • Solid React and TypeScript skills • Experience using AI tools in development workflows, with strong engineering judgment to review and harden AI-generated code • Knowledge of system design, data modelling, trade-offs, and long-term maintainability • Comfort working across Java, Node.js, React, and existing PHP systems • Understanding of boundaries, contracts, invariants, and architectural coherence • Experience with CI/CD, containerisation, AWS cloud environments, and observability • Production ownership beyond code merge • Commercial full-stack engineering experience, as reflected in the required application question
