• Administering email mailboxes and resources, end user provisioning, automated script development, maintaining subscription software licensing processes and administering user identity systems • Processes user provisioning tickets within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe • Administers and maintains Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID objects in accordance with established best practices • Developing and enforcing standards such as naming conventions and security requirements • Proactively monitoring and ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of core directory services • Creates and maintains automated forms/scripts utilized within or by the End User Computing Team • Develops, updates, and organizes team documentation and user guides to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility • Informs management of critical issues regarding personnel, performance, client perception, and project statuses • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high quality customer services daily • Serves as the role administrator for our email archive, which will manage and maintain the Arctera Cloud Archive system • Spends 2 business hours a month providing in-person training or creating technical documentation for the Customer Service Center • Other duties as assigned
• Proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Knowledge of monitoring processes and/or working with ticketing software • Knowledge of computer data bases • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures and government rules & regulations • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar • Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents • Communicating effectively with others verbally and in writing • Talking to others to effectively convey information • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others • Listening to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate • Conduct fact-finding research • Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis • Organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials • Knowing how to find information and identifying essential information • Finding ways to structure or classify multiple pieces of information • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments • Ability to work independently • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) terms and concepts • Knowledge of data center functions such as: storage, backup, server, database, mainframe and desktop support • Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting technical data • Ability to provide excellent customer service • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology/language and functionality • Ability to prioritize all tasks, projects, job duties and responsibilities in a very fast paced work environment • Ability to and willingness to accept change in rapidly changing environment • Ability to develop effective and efficient processes • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study OR substitute professional experience for college education on a year-for-year basis • Three (3) years of professional experience in End User systems, security analysis, system programming such as Powershell, VB, or similar languages • Must have a valid driver's license • Satisfactorily complete a background investigation and fingerprinting • Participation in direct deposit are requirements for employment
