Beschreibung

• Create beautiful, polished, premium digital experiences across every touchpoint. • Elevate interfaces through meticulous attention to typography, layout, colour, spacing, and visual detail. • Set and maintain the visual quality standard across web and app surfaces. • Own the component library, design tokens, and pattern documentation in Figma. • Maintain design-system version control and governance. • Review team output, flag deviations, and evolve the design system as the product expands. • Collaborate with engineers on implementation and create clear specifications. • Design responsive, accessible desktop and mobile experiences. • Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. • Validate and improve designs using product data and customer feedback after launch. • Deliver polished, production-ready designs within sprint cadence. • Provide engineering handoffs with specifications, interaction notes, and edge-case coverage. • Contribute to sprint planning and grooming, estimate accurately, and deliver commitments. • Support design quality reviews. • Participate in critiques and team discussions. • Support junior designers and establish shared ways of working. • Present design decisions clearly and respond constructively to feedback. • Report to the Senior Director of Design and collaborate with product and engineering.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products end-to-end. • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design quality across real digital products. • Proven experience building, maintaining, or significantly contributing to a design system used in a live product. • Strong skills in visual design: typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, spacing, and the ability to create polished, premium interfaces. • Solid UX knowledge: user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototyping. • Solid understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design (WCAG familiarity required). • Advanced proficiency in Figma. • Ability to work autonomously, communicate blockers proactively, and maintain momentum without waiting for perfect processes. • Meaningful overlap with US working hours. • Nice to have: experience designing for DTC ecommerce, subscription products, or consumer digital experiences. • Nice to have: familiarity with Shopify or headless commerce environments. • Nice to have: CRO awareness or interest in conversion-focused design. • Nice to have: understanding of HTML and CSS constraints. • Nice to have: experience mentoring designers or running design critique sessions.
