Beschreibung

• This is a remote position. • My Support Staff is building a trusted network of experienced recruiters and consultants. • As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll gain access to prequalified client projects without the burden of business development or back-office tasks. • We take care of client communication, contracts, and billing — you focus on identifying top talent. • Identify qualified candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and job boards. • Review resumes and assess candidate fit based on role requirements. • Submit vetted leads to our centralized system for further screening. • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and outreach. • Collaborate with our internal Account Manager for candidate feedback and role alignment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening (agency or internal) • A strong understanding of talent pipelines and market sourcing strategies • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once • Your own device, internet access, and sourcing tools (or willingness to use ours)
