Beschreibung

• Support and lead portions of client engagements related to financial system implementations, accounting technology optimization, and managed accounting solutions. • Analyze client accounting processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and technology enhancements. • Assist with the configuration, implementation, and support of accounting systems and ERP platforms. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support for financial software applications. • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and client procedures. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. • Assist in the development of financial dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics solutions that provide clients with actionable business insights. • Review work performed by associates and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members. • Communicate regularly with engagement teams and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables meet quality standards. • Stay current on emerging accounting technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. • Three (3) to Five (5) years of relevant professional experience in accounting, consulting, financial systems support, or technology implementation. • Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or data analytics platforms is preferred. • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or relevant technology certifications are a plus but not required.
