Beschreibung

• Strategize and act as the point of contact for ad designs for new and existing clients • Act as the communication hub for the ad strategy process • Maintain positive relationships with Area Directors following program specifications • Build client relationships to support positive experiences • Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and minimize past-due amounts • Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes • Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy • Manage multiple deadlines and ensure ads are prepared and organized • Respond promptly and professionally to emails about ad submissions and queries • Maintain professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and team members • Follow program specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment • Work directly with Area Directors, clients, and the N2 Design team on ad designs and deadlines for assigned publications
