Beschreibung

• Ihr Hauptziel ist es, die IT‑Betriebsabläufe von n8n zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar zu gestalten und gleichzeitig manuellen Aufwand durch durchdachte, wartbare Automatisierungen zu reduzieren. • Sie verbinden praktische IT‑Betriebsarbeit mit kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung in folgenden Bereichen: • IDENTITÄT, ZUGANG UND SAAS‑BETRIEB • Verantwortlich für das tägliche Identity‑ und Access‑Management über Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub und angebundene SaaS‑Anwendungen. • Verwaltung von Mitarbeiter‑ und Anwendungs‑Lifecycle‑Workflows, einschließlich Provisioning, Zugriffsänderungen, Gruppen‑Zuweisungen, Troubleshooting und Deprovisioning. • Pflege eines genauen SaaS‑Inventars und Unterstützung bei Anwendungsverwaltung, Lifecycle‑Management, Access‑Governance und Kontenabgleich. • MITARBEITER‑ UND ENDGERÄTE‑LIFECYCLE • Bereitstellung verlässlicher und zeitnaher Onboarding‑ und Offboarding‑Erfahrungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit People, Finance, Führungskräften und Anwendungs‑Eigentümern. • Verwaltung und Fehlerbehebung der überwiegend macOS‑Geräteflotte von n8n mithilfe unserer Endpoint‑Management‑Tools. • Unterstützung bei Hardware‑Beschaffung, Geräte‑Lifecycle‑Workflows und sicherem Endpoint‑Betrieb für ein wachsendes, verteiltes Team. • AUTOMATISIERUNG UND KONTINUIERLICHE VERBESSERUNG • Entwurf und Aufbau sicherer Automatisierungen für wiederkehrende IT‑Prozesse unter Verwendung von n8n, APIs, Scripting und, wo sinnvoll, KI‑unterstützten Tools. • Umgestaltung manueller Workflows, sodass sie beobachtbar, dokumentiert, zuverlässig und in großem Maßstab leichter zu betreiben sind. • Aufbau von Automatisierungen mit angemessener Protokollierung, Fehlerbehandlung, Monitoring, Verantwortlichkeiten und menschlichen Freigabeschritten für sensible Entscheidungen. • SUPPORT, DOKUMENTATION UND COMPLIANCE • Bereitstellung reaktionsschnellen L1/L2‑IT‑Supports und Nutzung wiederkehrender Probleme zur Identifikation systemischer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. • Erstellung und Pflege klarer Runbooks, Prozessdokumentation, Eskalationswege und operationeller Kontrollen. • Unterstützung von Sicherheits‑ und Compliance‑Aktivitäten, einschließlich Zugriffsüberprüfungen, Sammlung von Prüfungsnachweisen sowie SOC‑2‑ und ISO‑27001‑bezogenen Prozessen.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 🧰 Modern IT operations experience: You have 2–4 years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS administration, IAM, workplace engineering, or a similar role within a SaaS, cloud-first, or distributed company. • 🔐 Identity and access management: You have hands-on experience with Google Workspace and an identity provider such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID. • 🔄 Employee lifecycle management: You have managed onboarding, offboarding, groups, roles, access changes, application assignments, and secure deprovisioning. • 💻 macOS endpoint management: You have administered macOS devices through an MDM platform such as Kandji, Jamf, JumpCloud, Workspace ONE, or a comparable tool. • ⚙️ Workflow automation: You can demonstrate how you have improved or automated an operational process using APIs, scripting, workflow automation platforms, or AI-assisted tooling. • 🔌 Integration fundamentals: You have working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication concepts, and integration troubleshooting. • 🔍 Technical troubleshooting: You can diagnose workflow and systems issues using logs, API responses, system events, and other operational data. • 🧭 Ownership and judgment: You’re known for strong ownership, sound judgment, rigor, and a thoughtful approach to privileged access, sensitive data, and high-impact changes. • 🤝 Service mindset: You communicate clearly, document your work thoroughly, and care about delivering a reliable experience for internal users. • 🌍 Autonomous working style: You’re comfortable prioritising and making progress independently in an evolving, distributed environment without relying on highly defined procedures for every task. • **Nice-to-haves** • 🔗 Workflow automation platforms: You have experience with n8n or another workflow automation platform such as Zapier or Make. • ⌨️ Scripting: You have basic scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, or Bash. • 🪪 Identity protocols: You have worked with SAML, OIDC, SSO, and SCIM. • 🐙 GitHub administration: You have experience managing GitHub organisations, teams, repositories, and permissions. • 🤖 Reliable AI workflows: You have designed AI-assisted workflows that include validation, human approvals, monitoring, error handling, and fallback paths. • 🛡️ Automation reliability: You understand concepts such as retries, idempotency, secrets management, auditability, and failure handling. • 📋 Security and compliance: You’re familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, access reviews, or audit evidence collection. • 🚀 Scaling environments: You have worked in an early-stage or rapidly growing IT function where processes and systems were still being established.
