Beschreibung

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workday integrations • Build and maintain custom applications, orchestrations, and extensions on the Workday Extend platform • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations with third-party and downstream systems • Apply Workday AI and automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve integration and reporting workflows • Write and optimize transformations for complex data mapping requirements • Configure and troubleshoot PECI and other payroll/financial interface protocols • Build advanced calculated fields, custom reports, and RaaS endpoints for downstream consumption • Own integration security design and enforce least-privilege API access policies • Lead technical design sessions, produce integration design documents, and review peer solutions • Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot production integrations; manage incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation • Partner with functional Workday teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs • Support Workday semi-annual release cycles by assessing impacts and coordinating regression testing • Use event monitoring, alerting, and log analysis for proactive issue detection • Package and promote Workday configurations and integrations across tenants

🎯 Anforderungen

• Total experience 4+ years • Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end Workday integrations • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Extend, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) • Experience building and maintaining custom applications, orchestrations, and extensions on Workday Extend (Standard and Professional) • Experience with custom business objects, APIs, and UI pages • Experience developing and supporting inbound and outbound integrations with third-party and downstream systems • Experience with payroll providers, benefits carriers, ATS, financial systems, data warehouses, and middleware such as MuleSoft • Experience applying Workday AI and automation capabilities, including Workday Illuminate, AI Gateway, extend-based ML skills, and intelligent automation features • Experience with XSLT, XPath, Groovy, and Workday Custom Report-based transformations • Experience configuring and troubleshooting PECI and other payroll/financial interface protocols • Experience building advanced calculated fields, custom reports, matrix and composite reports, and RaaS endpoints • Experience owning integration security design, including ISUs, security groups, X.509 certificates, OAuth 2.0, and API access policies • Experience leading technical design sessions and producing integration design documents • Experience monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting production integrations • Experience managing incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation • Experience partnering with functional Workday teams across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and ATS • Experience supporting Workday semi-annual release cycles and coordinating regression testing • Experience with integration event monitoring, alerting, and log analysis tools • Experience packaging and promoting Workday configurations and integrations across tenants • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
