Beschreibung

• Analysis, modelling and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of production & planning (PP, Supply Chain, Integrated Planning) • Implementation of a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run) • Design of discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios with focus on Supply chain capabilities • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client • Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential • Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital production planning function • Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions • Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode • Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations • Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit • Functional advisory and support of team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) • In-depth Knowledge of at least one SAP Module (PP with QM, PP/DS, IBP) • Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects • Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects • Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members • Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams • Intercultural understanding is an important feature • Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German (C1)
