Beschreibung

• Maintain and maximize profitable relationships with personal lines clients • Grow the book of business through new client sales • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with clients • Foster and maintain relationships with clients through follow-up and accurate quotations • Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on existing client needs • Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage • Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage • Present policies to clients and educate them on coverages and rates • Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention • Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved • Collaborate with team members and mentor staff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hold the insurance license required by your state • Minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience • Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations • Proven track record of business to business sales success • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales • People-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to complete assignments without supervision • Strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Thrive in a team environment • Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems
