Beschreibung

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. • Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards through thorough test planning, testing of new functionality, and robust automated testing frameworks. • Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs. • Primarily hands-on role with a strong individual contributor focus (approximately 70%). • Provides light people leadership and mentorship responsibilities (approximately 30%). • Evaluate existing QA tools and processes; recommend and drive continuous improvements to automation strategy and execution. • Establish and enforce team standards and development guidelines to ensure scalability and maintainability of automation frameworks. • Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Coordinate with leadership for appropriate staffing levels. • Plan and implement capacity and resource expansion to ensure scalability and acceptable performance. • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation. • Serve on as team representative during meetings. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required. • ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred. • 6+ years of experience required. • Experience with agile methodologies and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., required. • Experience testing cloud-native applications in any primary public cloud provider: AWS, or Azure, or GPC. • Experience in AWS is preferred. • Demonstrated application of data privacy practices and laws required. • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and resources required. • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
