Beschreibung

• Implement architectural patterns and standards across .NET services and the broader .NET application stack • Ensure engineering solutions align with established architecture decisions • Identify implementation challenges and escalate decisions that may need revisiting • Validate implementations through hands-on architectural and code reviews • Design and implement LLM integration patterns when assigned to AI-powered initiatives • Apply prompt engineering and use observability tools such as Langfuse for AI workflows • Define and apply AI feature evaluations covering accuracy, latency, cost, and safety • Write production code regularly and pair with developers on complex implementation challenges • Evaluate and implement document chunking and embedding strategies • Prototype approaches before broader architectural rollout • Embed with engineering teams on focused assignments • Participate in technical discussions and explain architectural standards • Surface implementation patterns and challenges to Solution Architects and the Enterprise Architect • Study existing architecture and work with multiple teams over time • Document implementation patterns and contribute to architecture decision records • Communicate architectural expectations and raise ambiguities in guidance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with demonstrated technical leadership or senior developer experience • 3+ years of making technical and architectural decisions for your team • Strong hands-on coding skills and regular production coding experience • Deep, hands-on expertise in .NET/C# and React • Working familiarity with distributed systems and messaging frameworks, including pub/sub, message queues, and event-driven communication • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS • Understanding of modern application architectures: microservices, API design, and event-driven patterns • Ability to work across different teams and adapt to varying codebases and contexts • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to other developers • Curiosity about the broader system architecture • Working familiarity with Python • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Preferred: broader tech stack experience including React, Python, Snowflake, and dbt • Preferred: hands-on experience building with LLMs in production or near-production settings • Preferred: prompt engineering experience • Preferred: LLM observability or evaluation tooling such as Langfuse • Preferred: retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agentic workflow patterns • Preferred: TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions • Preferred: REST APIs, message queues, and CDC • Preferred: database design and data modeling • Preferred: DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: multi-tenant SaaS environments • Preferred: B2B SaaS or enterprise software development
