Beschreibung

• Coordinate product development and release planning • Manage successful delivery of new and existing products • Support state reporting within a student information system • Work with state education agencies to interpret reporting requirements, data specifications, interoperability standards, and compliance deadlines • Create use cases, requirements, estimates, and user stories with agile development teams • Monitor changes to reporting requirements, data standards, and submission schedules; assess impact and prioritize work • Collaborate on data interoperability solutions, including data mapping, validation rules, and exchanges with external systems • Maintain relationships with state agency contacts and participate in workgroups, technical calls, and specification reviews • Document release notes and manage analytics related to the customer journey • Validate UX mocks and early-stage simulations with clients • Ensure solutions meet market expectations • Provide content for sales, user training, and documentation tools • Update client documentation, release notes, and roadmaps • Work directly with clients and manage a client feedback tool to capture the voice of the customer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 1+ years related experience or existing product knowledge • Experience with K-12 education data, state reporting, or student information systems preferred • Familiarity with education data interoperability standards and frameworks (e.g., Ed-Fi, SIF, OneRoster, CEDS) or comparable experience working with structured data exchange (APIs, file-based submissions, data schemas) preferred • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects • Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements, situations, programs, and services • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and translate them into clear development requirements • Comfort working with data, including data elements, relationships, and quality/validation concepts • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under externally imposed deadlines • Strong customer focus • Team-player ability • Good time management and organizational skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated respect, collaboration, and pride in ownership • Ability to adapt to change • Focus on delivering value
