Beschreibung

• Maintain accurate and reliable Demand Plans for Nature’s Bounty in the US • Implement performance standards and operating procedures affecting Demand Planning • Deploy demand planning tools and reports and maintain demand forecasts • Champion the Sales and Operations Planning process / Monthly Business Planning • Generate and maintain Demand Plans across customer, product, and time hierarchies • Monitor performance metrics, improve forecast accuracy, and eliminate systematic forecast bias through root-cause analysis • Use Demand Planning system functionality for exception-based management • Improve Demand Planning processes and tools to deliver time savings and efficiencies • Coordinate cross-functional planning activities and prepare/follow up on Monthly Business Planning meetings • Recommend baseline forecast changes and defend updates to the Consensus Demand Plan • Analyze forecast assumptions, sales and marketing events, customer/consumer/competitor information, product launches, and cannibalization • Analyze customer sales and sell-out/POS data to identify exceptional or unforecasted activity and drive corrective actions • Present Monthly Business Planning outcomes to leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in • Provide the latest Demand Plan to internal business partners through systematic reporting • Meet with Sales to review distributor performance and sales gaps • Facilitate Sales meetings on contract wins/losses, phasing, timing, run rate, and quantity; validate actuals with Business Operations • Align the Consensus Demand Plan with the broader commercial team and work with Finance on initiatives for the Demand Forecast • Participate in functional Demand Planning meetings and share best practices • Cascade Demand Planning knowledge and tools to planners, new hires, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma required • At least 4 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development, Procurement, Physical Logistics, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Finance is strongly preferred • Planning experience in demand planning • Knowledge of Demand Planning and statistical forecasting techniques • Experience implementing processes and systems to improve organizational methods • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to analyze/interpret data and build quantitative models • Excellent oral and written skills • Organizational and time-management abilities • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred • Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
