Beschreibung

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close, for Sage Intacct ERP solutions. • Drive business development through targeted campaigns to build top-of-funnel pipeline. • Identify, target, and engage organizations across multiple industries—with a strong emphasis on Senior Living, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Nonprofit sectors. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, operational requirements, and financial objectives. • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight how Sage Intacct addresses specific business challenges. • Develop and present full implementation proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs). • Develop proposals, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies to support the customer decision process. • Accurately manage and forecast pipeline opportunities in CRM (e.g., Dynamics). • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance teams, and other key stakeholders. • Partner with marketing and BDR teams to drive outbound campaigns and generate qualified pipelines. • Stay current on Sage Intacct product updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends to position solutions effectively. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or financial applications. • Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals is highly preferred: Senior Living/Healthcare (multi-entity consolidation, audit reporting) • Education (fund/grant tracking, budgeting) • Nonprofit (dimensional reporting, fund accounting, compliance) • Experience using modern sales enablement and prospecting tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, data intelligence platforms). • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify pain points and align technology solutions to business needs. • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. • Experience working with pre-sales engineers and implementation teams to shape solution strategies. • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other mid-market ERP platforms is a plus. • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed (up to 30% annually). • Bachelor’s degree.
