Beschreibung

• Plan and facilitate onsite and virtual customer workshops with executives, network leaders, architects, and operations teams • Translate business objectives into NetBrain use cases, automation strategies, and phased maturity roadmaps • Build stakeholder consensus on automation priorities, ownership, and governance • Deliver executive-level readouts with findings, recommendations, and next steps • Identify opportunities to reduce operational effort, accelerate troubleshooting, and strengthen compliance • Establish value hypotheses and success criteria • Quantify business outcomes and prioritize use cases by impact, feasibility, and readiness • Develop customer-specific adoption and value realization plans; conduct periodic value reviews and recommend roadmap adjustments • Document customer success stories and promote broader adoption of NetBrain capabilities • Assess network operations processes and define requirements for runbooks, network intents, dashboards, and automation workflows • Provide architectural guidance for automation across complex, multi-vendor environments • Collaborate with NetBrain architects and engineers to translate workshop outcomes into technical requirements • Advise on integrations with ITSM, monitoring, and observability platforms; stay current on emerging automation and AI technologies • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer technology leaders and build stakeholder relationships • Define governance, roles, and operating models for automation programs; identify and help resolve adoption risks • Maintain documentation and partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on customer needs and market trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years in enterprise networking, network operations, network automation, or infrastructure consulting • Direct experience in a large enterprise environment • Ability to lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, or strategic planning engagements • Ability to translate technical topics into business language for engineers and executives • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements independently and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel to customer sites and up to 40-50% within the territory • Experience with enterprise network architectures and protocols across multi-vendor environments, including routing/switching, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, load balancing, wireless, data center, SD-WAN, and public cloud networking • Experience with network configuration management, compliance, vulnerability and lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, telemetry, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow • Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML/YAML, NETCONF/RESTCONF/YANG, Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, Git, CI/CD, and automated diagnostics, health checks, or remediation workflows • Understanding of automation design principles and ability to work effectively with automation engineers and architects • Manual dexterity for repetitive computer use • Ability to sit for extended periods • Preferred expertise includes NetBrain platform experience, network architecture or automation leadership, management or technology consulting, AI applications in network operations, ITIL practices, relevant certifications, and global customer experience
