Beschreibung

• Drive the integration of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models into Netflix’s content platform and publishing tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems that automate and optimize high-quality promotional asset creation • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for content distribution, asset management, and language experiences • Partner with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI advancements into scalable, user-centric products • Build strategic roadmaps from product concept through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration • Author strategy memos and presentations for senior executives • Lead incubation and system design of new machine learning or AI capabilities through production • Discover needs of artists, creators, and content executives and translate them into product roadmaps • Communicate product vision and strategy across the organization to technical and non-technical audiences • Use analytical and ML/AI evaluation skills and a hypothesis-driven approach to set priorities, build business cases, and measure impact

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven record of successfully launching impactful products or platforms in a B2B2C dynamic/focus • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and evaluation best practices • Ability to mobilize an organization toward a common goal and build relationships across functions and geographies • Experience leading end-to-end products incorporating machine learning and AI solutions • Experience launching AI-enabled products and customizing underlying models • Experience with the ML lifecycle, including data collection and labeling and model evaluation • Applied experience using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience building products for creative teams, internal partners, or B2B enterprise clients • Experience with media supply chains, content management/ingestion, or catalog/taxonomy tools is a plus
