Beschreibung

• Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next across client engagements • Act as the functional lead within NeuraFlash’s Marketing Cloud Next practice • Lead discovery and design sessions with marketing operations, CRM, data, digital and compliance stakeholders • Design campaign and orchestration architecture using Flow-based orchestration, messaging data sources, activation templates, landing pages and dynamic content • Design consent and compliance into the platform using Marketing Cloud Next consent models and records • Define platform setup and governance, including Data 360 provisioning, Business Units, Data Spaces, permissions, CMS workspaces and sending-domain authentication • Shape agentic marketing solutions with Agentforce specialists • Lead migration and coexistence strategies from Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and similar platforms • Author and maintain functional designs, data model mappings, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and sign-off artifacts • Translate designs for Technical Architects, Developers, Data 360 and Agentforce specialists • Review configuration against specifications and support UAT and deployment gates • Define client and NeuraFlash responsibilities for data access, subject-matter expertise, environments and compliance approvals • Build the Marketing Cloud Next practice through reference architectures, reusable patterns, scoping calculators, SOW templates and enablement • Support pre-sales through discovery calls, solution shaping, demos and estimates • Coach and mentor team members and stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360 and Agentforce releases

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in marketing automation consulting, marketing-technology solution architecture or business analysis • Hands-on delivery of enterprise marketing automation using Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, Braze, Marketo, Eloqua or comparable platforms • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next, or demonstrated ramp-up from Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement onto MC Next and Data 360 • Working knowledge of Data 360 concepts, including data model objects, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation and data hygiene troubleshooting • Strong understanding of marketing consent and compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL or similar • Experience designing multi-channel campaigns and orchestration across email, SMS, conversational or push channels • Practical knowledge of email deliverability, including domain authentication, sender reputation and IP warm-up • Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions with senior marketing and IT stakeholders, and document decisions to sign-off • Experience working alongside Technical Architects and owning functional design through UAT and deployment • Ability to tie solution outcomes to business value through clear storytelling • Comfortable with flow-charting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart and with agile delivery • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant, Data 360 Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Platform Administrator, Application or Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud Engagement and Account Engagement credentials • Preferred: Flow Builder, Salesforce CRM and external systems integration, REST APIs, MuleSoft, legacy-to-MC Next migrations, regulated-industry experience and additional Marketing Cloud tools
