Beschreibung

• Support the planning and execution of both automated and performance testing activities across the program • Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing in alignment with established test plans • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation frameworks • Assist in designing and refining performance test scenarios and data sets • Identify, document, and track defects, performance issues, and system bottlenecks • Analyze test results, generate reports, and clearly communicate findings to the development and leadership teams • Contribute to maintaining test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution logs • Coordinate with developers, operations, and QA leads to ensure complete test coverage and resolution of issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree) • U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Strong QA automation experience, including Selenium, automated test framework design and maintenance, and performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, k6, or similar • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with experience developing test plans, test cases, test reports, and identifying performance bottlenecks in collaboration with technical teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, mentor junior QA staff, and effectively communicate technical findings • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile software development environments is a plus • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and unit testing • Experience with Momentum ERP or other ERP systems is a plus • Familiarity with enterprise-scale financial and/or government systems is highly desirable.
