Beschreibung

• Drive the development and success of healthcare ambulatory software products • Manage one or more products and lead initiatives to enhance solutions for outpatient care environments • Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and drive strategic initiatives • Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, client value, anticipated outcomes, and business objectives • Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery • Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and phase outs • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product adoption • Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics • Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies in alignment with company goals and customer needs • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development and best practices • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field • Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and in product management or business analysis • Proven track record of successful product launches and management • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools • Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare and technology • Strong understanding of product management principles and software development life cycle • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage complex projects
