• Manage customer onboarding for new Direct Admissions, Yield, and Engage customers • Collaborate with IS and DIS teams to complete technical setup according to customer requirements • Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process as customer representative • Collaborate with Account Managers to eliminate implementation and onboarding roadblocks • Conduct ongoing customer trainings • Provide product demonstrations • Solve customer problems for specific and individualized use cases • Own annual setup cases as customers revise product use cases • Maintain strong knowledge of the platform, product suite, and new features • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive product improvement • Meet time-to-value targets • Learn work intake and sales-team handoff processes • Provide clear case notes to Account Managers • Become proficient in onboarding across relevant products within three months • Suggest improvements to processes, customer communications, or products • Navigate partner organizations to eliminate roadblocks • Achieve onboarding target timelines with a 90%+ success rate within six months

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree required • 3 years of experience in a customer success, onboarding, or implementation role • Excellent and evergreen understanding of Niche products and their value proposition • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Zendesk • Preferred experience in the Higher Education industry; K12 experience beneficial • Proven ability to leverage data and thoughtful questions to problem solve collaboratively with customers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical abilities to synthesize complicated problems and trends • Customer-centric approach focused on building trust and rapport • Ability to self-manage towards deadlines and drive momentum on customer behalf • Data-driven literacy to analyze customer retention and identify trends • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must reside in one of the listed hiring states
