Beschreibung

• Identify and validate future growth opportunities for the Decision Support product line • Conduct discovery, market analysis, voice-of-customer initiatives, business case development and experimentation • Translate insights into investment recommendations, product strategy and scalable product solutions • Define product strategy and develop strategic and tactical roadmaps with organizational leaders • Lead cross-functional teams to define business needs, financial designs and technical solutions • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, user feedback and business objectives • Lead and mentor product managers and business analysts • Partner with Customer Experience & Engagement, Marketing Research, Finance and Operations to develop customer-driven solutions • Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, analytics, Legal/QRA, marketing, sales and other teams on product development and launch • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted customer segments • Lead product development, lifecycle management and new product incubation • Identify, evaluate and incubate new products, services and capabilities • Develop and validate emerging offerings through customer discovery, pilots, business cases and market testing • Monitor product performance, KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Guide financial analysis and forecast/project go-forward financials • Collaborate across the Product organization on strategy, roadmapping, execution and dependencies

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA or BS in business, management, healthcare or related discipline desired • Minimum 5–7 years of directly related work experience within the healthcare industry • 2–4 years of experience leading teams • Demonstrated experience working effectively and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Experience leading innovation/new product initiatives from idea through launch • Proven leadership in healthcare/biopharma products and services • Experience influencing Finance, IT, sales, marketing and operations teams • Knowledge of product strategies, roadmaps and product management • Knowledge of product management methodologies, business case development and pricing strategies • Ability to lead and grow product management and cross-functional product development teams • Ability to lead large technology initiatives • Ability to develop transformational product strategies and roadmaps • Ability to work with broad cross-functional teams and sell ideas to executives, customers and partners • Ability to test, learn and iterate in an innovative and changing environment • Demonstrated success identifying issues, trends and opportunities using data and customer insights • Preferred: pharma, clinical or biotech industry experience, especially cellular therapy market knowledge • Preferred: Salesforce, supply chain, personalization, P&L ownership, platform development and AI roadmap experience • MBA preferred
