Beschreibung

• Lead a team responsible for product development and/or management • Use market research, customer insights, product financials, and operational metrics to define products and set strategy • Develop strategic and tactical product roadmaps • Lead cross-functional teams to define business needs, financial designs, and technical constraints • Develop and contribute to product strategy, product development, and product lifecycle management • Ensure products align with operational needs, customer priorities, organizational goals, and long-term product strategy • Partner with Customer Experience & Engagement, Marketing Research, Finance, and Operations leaders to understand the voice of the customer and develop customer-driven solutions • Work with Customer Experience & Engagement, Operations, and IT to inform product roadmaps • Develop go-to-market strategies and end-to-end operational plans for targeted customer segments and existing and emerging markets • Provide leadership on product development, including leading cross-functional teams • Collaborate within the Product organization on strategy, roadmapping, execution, and dependencies • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives • Lead and mentor product managers in a collaborative, high-performing environment • Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, analytics, Legal/QRA, marketing, sales, and other teams to support product development and launch • Partner with the EAI team on market research, analyze user feedback, and monitor KPIs • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales • Track and analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Guide financial analysis and forecast/project decisions for go-forward financials • Partner, influence, educate, and inspire internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven leadership understanding healthcare/biopharma products and services • Experience influencing Finance, IT, sales, marketing, and operations teams • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and product management practices • Demonstrated leadership in product development • Knowledge of product management methodologies, business case development, and pricing strategies • Ability to work with broad cross-functional teams and sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, and partners • Ability to build transformational product strategies and roadmaps • Ability to lead and grow product management and cross-functional product development teams, including large technology initiatives • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to lead in an innovative and changing environment through testing, learning, and iteration • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • External focus and ability to provide market insights and identify opportunities • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish credibility among external and internal constituencies • Demonstrated success identifying issues, trends, and opportunities driven by data and customer insights • Minimum 5–7 years of directly related work experience within the healthcare industry • 2–4 years of experience leading teams • Demonstrated experience working effectively and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Experience leading innovation/new product initiatives from idea through launch
