Beschreibung

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and goals related to billing management systems. • Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement. • Creating detailed requirements documentation for proper delivery across the SDLC. • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Operations) to ensure successful execution and delivery of roadmap items. • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating testing efforts. • Ensuring quality delivery and customer support into production through a hypercare cycle. • Completing project reviews and documentation for lessons learned for future improvements. • Being adaptive, productive quickly in a new environment that is fast paced.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Have 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in IT. • Have experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables platforms (R12 / Fusion Cloud). • Have extensive knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Have proven experience in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with proven prioritization skills. • Demonstrate skilled use of toolsets, presenting and articulating value of a program.
