Beschreibung

• Take product problems from first principles through implementation, with approximately 70% backend and distributed systems work and 20–30% frontend work • Design reliable backend systems and contribute frontend components for complete product experiences • Scale the incrementality product into a reliable, repeatable experimentation platform • Develop near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities beyond batch workflows • Build AI-powered workflows that help marketers evaluate performance and act on insights • Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem across data ingestion and exports • Work on product areas such as role-based access control (RBAC) • Contribute to frontend work when needed • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and designers • Help take new products and capabilities from early traction to meaningful scale

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs and/or data processing systems written in Python • Multiple years of professional experience building system architecture • Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists while independently driving implementation and delivery • Previous startup experience or experience in an environment requiring breadth, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous product needs into sound technical architecture and production-ready solutions • Ability to navigate complex datasets and interconnected tables to investigate issues, trace dependencies, and identify the right path forward • Working frontend experience with React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization is not required • Strong coding fundamentals and ability to solve technical problems independently • Ability to use AI as an accelerator rather than a substitute for core capabilities • Generalist mindset and willingness to work across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure • Experience in data-intensive backend engineering with shipped frontend work
