Beschreibung

• Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. Utilize a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. • Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. • Maintain outstanding technical documentation and develop examples that support customer integrations and POCs, showcasing the solution's capabilities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS • Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies • Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter) • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment • Customer-first attitude • Comfortable reading code and querying data • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success • Previous experience within the regtech/fintech or virtual asset sector (Nice to Have) • Prior experience working with financial institutions and AML controls (Nice to Have) • Prior experience in payments (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR (Nice to Have)
