• crafting intuitive and impactful product experiences across the Nova Credit platform • collaborating with stakeholders across the organization • visualizing business and user goals through design of features and experiences that impact financial inclusion

🎯 Anforderungen

• minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B or B2B2C products • ability to take a feature from ideation to delivery, including user research and usability testing • strong visual design skills for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes • excel at systems-level thinking and design scalable solutions • ability to articulate design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • experience in building or contributing to design systems and pattern libraries • strong communication and interpersonal skills for articulating complex design concepts • bias toward action and ownership mentality • bonus: in-depth industry knowledge in FinTech, particularly in the credit and risk space
