Beschreibung

• Build and maintain trusted, strategic long-term relationships with neuromuscular patient organizations and communities • Identify patient organizations for strategic collaborations and partnerships • Educate and mobilize patients to seek optimal care and elevate patient voices to HCPs, policymakers and payers • Execute integrated patient advocacy strategies aligned with business and corporate priorities • Action patient and caregiver insights across corporate affairs and cross-functional partners • Monitor environmental and policy issues affecting the company and drive initiatives to shape the environment • Develop AI-enabled educational programs and resources addressing patient and caregiver needs • Monitor and evaluate performance while maintaining compliance • Manage budgets and maximize agency ROI • Collaborate with neuromuscular patient communities including DMD, DM-1 and FSHD communities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • 8+ years of experience in patient advocacy or related discipline with a healthcare and/or pharmaceutical background • Prior experience in neuromuscular and rare disease areas preferred • 1–2 years of industry patient advocacy experience required • Ability to build trusting relationships with patient organizations, professional associations and other stakeholders • Commercial launch experience • Development and implementation of integrated plans and projects against business objectives and priorities • Ability to influence and navigate complexity • Management of agency partners and budget • Crisis and issues management • Understanding of US policy, regulatory and compliance landscape desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence across diverse matrix cross-functional partners • Business acumen, critical thinking and collaborative enterprise mindset • Ability to multitask and manage complex issues • Ability to operate within a dynamic and ambiguous environment while maintaining integrity
