Beschreibung

• Accelerate Nuvision Credit Union's digital business growth through digitally originated member acquisition, product sales, funded accounts, loan production, deposit growth, and digital channel adoption • Monitor production across digital deposit accounts, credit cards, personal loans, HELOCs, and other online products • Identify performance-improvement opportunities and develop initiatives that increase application volume, funding, adoption, engagement, and digital channel effectiveness • Manage the digital account-opening pending queue and resolve applications within established SLAs • Contact applicants for required documentation, resolve outstanding requirements, provide status updates, and assist with account opening and funding • Monitor application aging and identify causes of pending and abandoned applications • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Branches, and the Member Relationship Center to improve onboarding and reduce fallout • Analyze digital application funnels, abandonment trends, conversion performance, and member behavior • Partner with Marketing, Branches, Member Relationship Center, Lending, Analytics, Operations, and other teams on digital initiatives • Drive digital sales growth across deposits, credit cards, personal loans, HELOCs, memberships, and other online products • Develop, launch, coordinate, and evaluate digital growth campaigns • Analyze product performance, member needs, channel utilization, and production trends • Serve as liaison across Digital Growth and business channels • Review production reports, funnel results, campaign outcomes, channel utilization, and member engagement data • Conduct competitive and market research on credit unions, banks, fintechs, and competitors • Prepare management summaries, presentations, business cases, pilot recommendations, and strategic analyses • Define business requirements and priorities for digital enhancements • Support AI-enabled sales and digital engagement initiatives, including automation, personalization, lead prioritization, and next-best-product recommendations • Participate in continuous improvement, member relations, and promotional events • Maintain sensitive information confidentiality and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience in credit unions, banking, financial services, digital sales, product growth, marketing, business development, channel management, or related field • Demonstrated experience monitoring sales or production performance and recommending actions to improve results • Experience working with deposit, consumer lending, credit card, digital account opening, or online banking products • Understanding digital sales funnels, member acquisition, campaign performance, product adoption, and conversion • Knowledge of digital banking trends, fintech capabilities, AI-enabled engagement, and evolving member expectations • Strong sales, growth, analytical, communication, presentation, project coordination, and cross-functional influence skills • Ability to develop clear business requirements and articulate expected business value • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Ability to deal with constant interruptions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong proficiency with technical systems and solutions, including identifying root causes and resolving technical issues • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent • Preferred: experience in digital banking, digital account opening, digital lending, financial-services marketing, or digital product growth • Preferred: experience developing or executing campaigns resulting in measurable sales, acquisition, or product-adoption growth • Preferred: experience preparing business cases, executive reporting, or strategic recommendations • Preferred: experience with marketing automation, digital analytics, CRM, lead management, or campaign-management platforms • Preferred: experience evaluating fintech capabilities or working with digital banking vendors
