Beschreibung

• Help improve system efficiencies and troubleshoot enterprise systems issues • Deliver new functionality to business units and members • Maintain technical knowledge of enterprise systems and understand the business units being supported • Provide technical support to resolve business and technical issues • Deploy solutions to fix issues and build efficiencies • Educate business units on new functionality from vendors • Participate in analysis, design, system configurations, testing, and support of data management and integration solutions • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise projects • Provide technical leadership for evaluating and scoping new initiatives • Serve as a liaison to business units for system capabilities • Partner with systems vendors on strategic initiatives • Participate in special projects as directed by IT management.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 years in the financial services industry as a Business or Systems Analyst • 3 years project management experience leading and facilitating both IT projects and cross-functional business improvement projects • 1+ years experience gathering user requirements for scoping exercises • Experience implementing integrated business applications solutions • Knowledge of information systems development and project management methodologies and techniques • Strong understanding of the financial industry’s goals and drivers • Excellent written, verbal and overall presentation skills • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, understand intricacies (interrelation between needs/wants, legal compliance, system capabilities, etc.) and develop thoughtful solutions. • Proficient in a project management software tool • Strong customer service skills.
