Beschreibung

• Responsible for project planning and program level management handling scope, schedules and budgets to complete work on time and profitably. • Plays major role in conceptualizing design and overseeing all aspects of the project. • Self-perform and train individuals in complex tasks, or on new systems or services. • Apply organizational and management expertise to unique and complex projects. • Prepare accurate monthly billings and revenue recognition through timely approval of invoices and project plan updates. • Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and budget reports for leadership. • Responsible for ensuring that work and contract terms have been complied with, including maintenance of project files and client relationships. • Manages accounts receivable at a project and program level. • Works independently with minimal direction or supervision.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Graduate from an engineering curriculum accredited by the Accreditation for Engineering and Technology (A.E.T.) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. • Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressive experience in design and commissioning, managing projects independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Relevant Software Experience (MS Office Suite, CxAlloy, Procore, AutoCAD/REVIT). • Licensed Professional Engineer. • Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally. • Considered a Plus: Commissioning Certification; Experience with Deltek Vision/VantagePoint project management software; Experience with people management having direct supervisor responsibilities.
