Beschreibung

• Own and drive a key area of the Nylas product portfolio, aligning product strategy and execution with broader company goals around AI-powered workflows and communication infrastructure. • Translate complex technical concepts and infrastructure into clear customer and business value, using strong product judgment to make confident bets in deeply technical domains. • Partner closely with Engineering on product direction, technical trade-offs, requirements, and execution from discovery through launch. • Work alongside Marketing to shape GTM strategy, positioning, and developer-facing narratives in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. • Develop a deep understanding of how developers are building AI-powered applications today, where they’re getting stuck, and where Nylas can become a critical part of their stack. • Lead discovery with developers and enterprise customers through betas, feedback loops, and continuous validation to ensure we’re solving meaningful market problems. • Own the launch and documentation lifecycle, delivering high-quality releases and a best-in-class developer experience. • Operate with high autonomy and urgency, moving quickly on low-risk opportunities while maintaining strong product judgment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of product management experience working on technical products • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on requirements, trade-offs, and technical risks • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information • Background in software engineering, technical product development, or demonstrated builder experience inside or outside of work • Experience shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or developer tools • Experience taking products from 0 → 1 in either a professional or personal capacity • Experience working with APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products
