Beschreibung

• Support communities across the portfolio on Memory Care and Health Services programs • Work closely with Traditions Directors and Executive Directors to maintain Memory Care standards, policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and Oakmont standards • Oversee resident care, activity programming, and staffing of Memory Care services, including early memory loss and middle- to late-stage memory loss programs • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new Directors • Work with new Traditions Directors in their communities until they are fully functional • Assist with retraining and coaching Traditions Directors as assigned • Conduct assigned Traditions Program Audits and complete timely follow-up • Ensure Oakmont Traditions policies and procedures are followed in assigned communities • Participate in policy and procedure development • Assist with new community development and openings, including team hiring, training and development, program setup, VIP and Grand Opening participation, department setup, and related programming • Participate in developing Oakmont Programming standards and policies • Support additional projects related to developing Traditions systems

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age • Senior Living experience required • Minimum 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in a similar field • At least 2 years working with persons with dementia • 1 year in a management/leadership role • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent • BA/S in gerontology, psychology, social work, or related field, or 4 years experience working in a social services, residential care, psychiatric facility, or related setting • Ability to speak at public events • Must meet the CA DDS minimum qualifications of a dementia trainer • Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Administrator Certification • Pass a DOJ Criminal Background Check • Must have a clean driving record • Must have reliable transportation • Outstanding leadership and communication skills • Able to adapt and respond positively to change, criticism, and stressful situations • Highly motivated and able to work independently • Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks and projects, and maintain excellent time management • Knowledge of budgeting, programming cost, labor, scheduling, and HR/hiring • Experience training, coaching, and mentoring • Strong ability to organize and execute events • Ability to work collaboratively with all persons involved in assignments • Clear understanding and use of Oakmont Programs Standards, procedures, and policies • Energetic, flexible, and positive demeanor; capable of managing diverse personalities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other online applications • Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption due to qualifying medical reasons or religious beliefs, subject to legal requirements • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time within the portfolio • Must be flexible and available for extended and changing travel assignments
