Beschreibung

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Design Lead to align project goals and deliver a seamless, performant front-end experience • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, typically 3–7 engineers • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and support engineers' continuous improvement • Own the technical delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and client-aligned deliverables • Select and update technologies appropriate to client needs and aligned with company standards • Assist the Product Manager with discovery refinement, including refining, estimating, and prioritizing epics and user stories • Contribute hands-on by developing features with the team • Conduct regular code reviews • Oversee overall software architecture • Improve development processes and team efficiency • Engage with the business to understand product needs and oversee technical direction and delivery • Participate in the Engineering Leads Council to advise on major technical challenges and technology decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years in a leadership role • 6+ years in engineering • 3+ years building web applications using Node.js and React • Experience architecting software; greenfield project experience is a plus • Experience setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure • Strong business acumen; early-stage startup experience is a plus • Desire and willingness to learn new technologies and apply AI in the workflow • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex technical challenges • Proficiency in English
