Beschreibung

• Lead a team of .Net developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and delivery timelines. • Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth. • Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and testing. • Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones to ensure predictable delivery. • Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to align engineering execution with business objectives. • Ensure effective adoption and execution of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within the team. • Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of commercial software development experience. • 3+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. • Strong technical expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming. • Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses, and message queues. • Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). • Good understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming. • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit, integration, and acceptance testing. • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (MS SQL Server, MongoDB), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). • Exceptional communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills. • Analytical mindset with a knack for leading by example. • Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example. • **Nice to Have** • Experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices. • Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments. • Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
