Beschreibung

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the PB maintenance analyst team • Manage projects, prioritization, feedback, performance management, development, and training • Support effective workflows, solve complex issues, and maintain member relationships • Plan learning deliverables for annual forums and conferences • Onboard new staff methodically and track team, project, and individual performance goals • Identify and implement process improvements • Strategize Go-Live and coverage support for installing sites and legacy expansions • Develop features and workflows and make design decisions • Resolve advanced integration JIRA and Help-Desk tickets • Serve as the first escalation point for members and resolve escalations • Monitor ticket metrics, SLAs, assignments, and resource planning • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced integration work orders and support issues • Provide workflow solutions, hands-on training, and member workgroups • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • QA complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives and Mock clinics • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document new system functionality • Provide process improvements within the application or team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Healthcare IT work history required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification required • Experience in both PB Claims and PB desired • Ability to travel up to 15% • Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved medical or religious exemption before hire • Must work on camera for all virtual meetings
