• Provide consulting and delivery services • Contribute to the agile development of applications in line with Craft best practices, enhanced with Gen AI • Recommend the most appropriate solutions and challenge clients’ assumptions • Actively contribute to Software Engineering R&D • Monitor technological developments and contribute to best practices • Work on topics such as Gen AI, software craftsmanship, architecture, and Responsible Digital Practices • Train and mentor colleagues • Share knowledge and help teams build their skills • Contribute to career management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages or frameworks: Java, Python, React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter • Experience and expertise in software craftsmanship practices, including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code reviews • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring the potential of technologies in Gen AI use cases • Willingness to learn and grow • Interest in Responsible Digital Practices, eco-design, and accessibility • An independent, questioning mindset with the ability to challenge ideas constructively • Strong enthusiasm for teamwork and collective success
