Beschreibung

• Own technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities from discovery through validation and close • Lead discovery to uncover business problems, workflows, technical requirements, success criteria, decision drivers, and risks • Translate customer needs into solution architectures connecting OfficeSpace capabilities to measurable workplace and business outcomes • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations for customer, business, technical, and executive audiences • Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept with defined hypotheses, use cases, success criteria, dependencies, and decision paths • Navigate enterprise architecture conversations involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, employee data, Microsoft 365, security, and related systems • Identify technical risks early • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, and other experts • Orchestrate AI tools and agents for account research, discovery preparation, demo planning, technical research, solution design, and customer deliverables • Verify AI-generated outputs before they influence recommendations, technical decisions, or external communications • Help customers distinguish practical AI opportunities from hype and connect capabilities to workplace outcomes • Lead complex RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, solution diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation assumptions • Build reusable discovery frameworks, technical patterns, prompts, demo assets, and AI-enabled workflows for the Solutions Consulting team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS • Experience owning technical and solution strategy within complex B2B SaaS sales cycles • Strong discovery skills to uncover business problems, technical constraints, decision criteria, and outcomes • Track record of designing and delivering software demonstrations for business, technical, and executive audiences • Strong technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture • Ability to turn technical complexity into clear, relevant, outcome-driven recommendations • Hands-on fluency with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools in professional workflows • Understanding of AI tool limitations and verification requirements • Strong AI orchestration skills, including defining objectives, structuring workflows, evaluating outputs, and verifying claims • Judgment to distinguish high-value AI applications from risky or unnecessarily complex automation • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining rigor, context, and customer trust • Consultative mindset and credibility with end users, technical teams, business leaders, and executives • Experience with IWMS, workplace technology, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPs, or technical evaluations is valuable • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security and privacy concepts, AI agents, or prompt design is a plus
