Beschreibung

• Shape product strategy for workplace management and employee engagement capabilities • Own and evolve a multi-year roadmap covering workplace insights, real estate optimization, engagement, and customer outcomes • Partner with Design and Research on continuous discovery, customer needs, assumption testing, concept validation, and opportunity identification • Synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, competitive signals, and AI-assisted research to prioritize high-impact problems • Use AI agents and copilots for research synthesis, requirements development, scenario analysis, prototyping, and product communication • Identify agentic AI and emerging-technology opportunities and turn them into reliable, intuitive, responsible product experiences • Partner daily with Engineering and Design to clarify outcomes, make trade-offs, remove ambiguity, and ship high-quality capabilities • Define success metrics before launch and use adoption, behavior, efficiency, retention, and business-impact data to guide decisions • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support on positioning, launches, adoption, and market feedback • Adapt priorities based on customer, technology, and market changes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with ownership from discovery through launch and iteration • Track record of shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes • Strong product discovery skills, including problem framing, assumption testing, customer research, and signal analysis • Strong product judgment and ability to make trade-offs among customer needs, technical constraints, data, and commercial priorities • Data-driven product decision-making, including defining success metrics and using analytics • High AI fluency and daily use of AI in product work • Strong AI orchestration capability, including workflows, AI-agent delegation, context and constraints, output verification, and human judgment • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping, rapid application development, or vibe-coding tools • Ability to evaluate agentic AI opportunities through customer value, feasibility, reliability, risk, and measurement • Clear communication across Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM teams • Builder mentality, ownership, rapid learning, and ability to move from ambiguity to measurable impact
