Beschreibung

• Architect and lead the company's supply base strategy across critical nuclear hardware and production systems • Develop a deep understanding of sourced Bill of Materials (BOM) at the component level • Build a proactive sourcing organization that anticipates risk, enables scale, and maximizes outcomes • Develop and execute comprehensive supply base strategies • Ensure critical components have defined sourcing strategies • Identify single-source risks and supply bottlenecks • Establish supplier segmentation and profiling frameworks • Own and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) • Ensure sourcing strategies align with nuclear regulatory requirements • Maintain knowledge of nuclear ASME Pressure Vessel Code requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or category management within a hardware-focused industry • Direct experience supporting nuclear hardware, nuclear energy systems, or suppliers operating under nuclear regulatory and quality frameworks • Demonstrated experience building or restructuring supply base strategies at a systems or program level • Strong understanding of cost drivers, supplier risk management, and capacity planning • Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and long-term supplier agreements • Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence engineering and finance stakeholders • U.S. citizenship required
