Beschreibung

• Own the general ledger, month-end close process, and financial statement preparation • Oversee the work of a contract bookkeeper (AP, AR, payroll support, reconciliations) • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital • Support strategic initiatives and act as a financial advisor to the CEO • Own and improve financial systems and processes to support growth.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience • Strong hands-on accounting and reporting background • Experience in small to mid-sized or fast-growing companies • Experience budgeting • Quickbooks, Replicon and internal software • ASC/606. • MRR, ARR • GaaP, IFRS 15
