Beschreibung

• Contribute technically to projects and participate in planning, execution, and success of complex technical tasks • Establish credibility through the quality of personal and team technical execution • Use AI to accelerate delivery by delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and applying AI to debugging and refactoring while owning every line shipped • Ask questions, brainstorm, and own the product being built • Work closely with product management to ensure the best products for users • Collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions • Report to an Engineering Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Someone who embraces a “you build it, you run it, you own it” mindset — including for AI-generated output: you validate, refactor, and take full accountability • An engineer with solid experience in software development, ideally with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) • Good grasp of AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain project-level AI context (CLAUDE.md / rules files) • Ability to catch bugs and gaps in AI-generated output before production • Judgment about when to use AI and when to override it • Ability to use AI for debugging, performance analysis, and complex refactoring while owning the outcome • Openness to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing
