Beschreibung

• Serve as the team's technical reference, guiding architectural decisions and engineering best practices; • Develop end-to-end solutions for scalable, resilient, high-throughput applications; • Participate in innovation initiatives and architectural evolution, focusing on efficiency, performance, and cost; • Provide technical support to other engineers, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical and business discovery; • Ensure quality, observability, and robustness across the software lifecycle.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep experience with microservices architecture; • Backend experience in Java/Kotlin and Node.js; • Solid understanding of software architecture, development best practices, and cloud platforms (AWS); • Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS); • Proven experience running systems in production and responsibility for operating and optimizing applications at scale; • Rigorous attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability, and performance — including implementing testing routines and documentation; • Knowledge of agile practices such as Kanban, including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts; • Ability to contribute to technical discussions, explore solutions, and drive sound decisions for the team; • Curiosity to explore and propose new technology and process solutions, always seeking to improve how the team works.
