Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain YPO’s API platform supporting its member ecosystem, chapter operations, and agentic AI platform • Own engineering implementation across the Members API, Chapters API, and Agentic Ecosystem APIs • Design and implement production-grade RESTful and GraphQL APIs deployed via AWS API Gateway • Ensure APIs conform to YPO’s canonical ontology and global member graph without exposing Salesforce object structures • Build APIs using event-driven architecture, CDC, Kafka, AWS EventBridge, idempotent patterns, and Domain-Driven Design • Apply serverless-first architecture using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge • Define data models, versioning standards, authentication flows, and integration patterns • Apply pagination, caching, query constraints, and rate limiting for scalable API performance • Enforce privacy-first architecture, consent enforcement, transparent data usage, provenance, and explanation metadata • Implement governance for AI-agent interactions with member data using OpenAI, custom RAG, and Google Gemini • Build structured retrieval, citation-ready provenance, consent-aware filtering, deterministic fallback, and kill-switch-capable API boundaries • Instrument agent API integrations to measure hallucination rates, task success rates, and cost per outcome • Own API development, testing, documentation, versioning, deprecation, and migration planning • Maintain sandbox environments, integration test suites, and automated contract tests • Support CI/CD, deployment automation, Datadog observability, alerting, uptime SLAs, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK • Design and enforce least-privilege IAM boundaries, permission boundaries, and Service Control Policies • Contribute to YPO’s multi-account AWS strategy using AWS Organizations and Control Tower • Produce API documentation, example queries, and troubleshooting guides • Support technical onboarding for product teams and integration partners • Collaborate with Data Architecture, IT, Security, Product, Data Science, ML, and Engineering teams • Evaluate and integrate Elasticsearch, Kafka/AWS EventBridge, and Search Orchestration Service • Deliver reliable APIs, tested endpoints, documented lifecycle plans, secure agent integrations, explainable responses, observable integrations, and IaC-compliant infrastructure

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering • At least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) • Experience integrating security tooling into CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, and Jenkins • Experience securing AI/ML infrastructure, including model APIs, data pipelines, vector databases, and inference endpoints • Experience with AI technologies, monitoring LLM usage, and auditing model access controls • Experience with API abuse detection across the entire SDLC • Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM • Familiarity with container security and Kubernetes environments • Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, and dependency scanning tools • Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting language • Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, and secure cloud architecture principles • Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks • Exposure to mobile application security on native iOS and/or Android platforms, including API security, token management, and mobile threat defense • Security certifications are highly desirable, including AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CCSP, and GIAC • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural organization with international members • Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex security risks into clear business decisions • Demonstrated ability to work across product, engineering, and global teams • Strong architectural judgment and risk-based decision-making • High discretion and integrity when handling confidential information • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions, approximately 5–10% per year
