Beschreibung

• Lead and be responsible for quantitative analysis and data management initiatives across Corporate Development • Provide strategic analytical leadership involving advanced analytical tool development • Produce regular reports on portfolio performance, model outputs, and key risk metrics across mortgage portfolios • Perform back testing and validation of existing models • Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate assets and contribute to financial models used in investment and capital markets decisions • Update model methodology, assumption, and output documentation for internal use and audit purposes • Lead cross functional projects to improve data workflows, database architecture, and reporting processes • Drive and contribute to ongoing process improvements, automation efforts, and data infrastructure enhancements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • 7-10+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or a related analytical role • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership role • Basic understanding of mortgage products, including reverse mortgages and/or forward mortgages, is required • Exposure to securitization, structured finance, or fixed income products is required • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases • Experience with Python, Excel, and other analytical tools preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment • Willingness to learn and develop technical and financial modeling skills
