Beschreibung

• Build the webinar and podcast programs from the ground up and own them end to end • Design webinar cadence, formats, funnel-stage mapping, personas, and product-roadmap alignment • Own the webinar calendar and topic pipeline • Recruit and prepare internal experts, customers, analysts, and partners as speakers • Run dry runs and keep presenters on time and on message • Manage the webinar technology stack, registration pages, reminder sequences, and marketing automation integration • Run live production, including operations, moderation, Q&A, polls, and troubleshooting • Partner with campaigns and digital on promotion, on-demand distribution, lead routing, and post-event nurture • Define the podcast concept, format, name, audience, episode structure, and cadence • Build and manage the guest pipeline, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, and preparation documents • Produce episodes, including recording, editing, show notes, transcripts, and artwork coordination • Manage hosting and distribution across external platforms and the company website • Grow the podcast audience through social, email, guest amplification, and cross-promotion • Report on downloads, completion rates, and audience growth • Repurpose webinars and episodes into clips, quote cards, blog recaps, social posts, and email content • Run joint webinars with partners, analysts, and industry publications • Manage co-marketing logistics, lead-sharing agreements, and promotional commitments • Track registration, attendance rate, engagement, and sourced and influenced pipeline • Report on topic, format, and speaker performance and align results to core KPIs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years running webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or video programs in B2B, including marketing within cybersecurity or to cybersecurity audiences • Proven experience building a program from zero, not just maintaining an existing one • Hands-on with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Riverside, ON24, Goldcast, or similar) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) • Strong project management across calendars, deadlines, and a lot of moving parts • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable on camera and on mic • Calm under live-production pressure • Audio/video editing experience (Descript, Riverside, Adobe Premiere, or similar) preferred • Hosting or moderating experience preferred • An existing network of security practitioners, researchers, or analysts preferred • Experience with paid promotion of events and shows preferred
