Beschreibung

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door knocking, networking and trade shows • Sell Ooma’s business communication products and solutions to small and mid-market companies • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing • Manage sales opportunities and pipeline progress toward quota • Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline • Present and demonstrate products through personalized pitches • Document deals, activities and pipeline in Salesforce • Forecast sales progress • Use AI to build targeted lead lists and email drip campaigns • Contribute to Ooma’s market expansion and revenue growth • Attend industry events and trade shows across the US

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3 years of sales experience, specifically in B2B sales • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in a competitive environment • Passion for new business acquisition, lead generation, relationship building and closing deals • Strong sales track record • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Background in technology, telecom or similar industries is a plus • Ability to travel to industry events and trade shows across the US 1–2 times a month on average • Ability to travel approximately 25% • Ability to adapt, learn quickly and remain resilient in a changing environment
