Die OpenAge-Initiative ist eine gemeinnützige, anbieterneutrale Initiative, die ein datenschutzfreundliches, standardisiertes Altersverifizierungssystem (AgeKey) auf Basis der Passkey/FIDO-WebAuthn-Technologie bietet. Es ermöglicht wiederverwendbare, kryptografische Altersnachweise, die nur das Alter oder die Altersgruppe nachweisen, ohne persönliche Identitätsdaten zu sammeln oder Nutzer zu verfolgen, und ist für eine einfache Integration über OIDC/API auf verschiedenen Plattformen, Apps und Verifizierungsanbietern ausgelegt. Geleitet von einem unabhängigen Beratungsgremium und entwickelt durch eine Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Interessengruppen, zielt OpenAge darauf ab, skalierbare, interoperable Altersverifizierungen bereitzustellen, die regulatorische und datenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen erfüllen und gleichzeitig die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Kosten minimieren.

Beschreibung

• Serve as primary technical contact for European customers during local business hours • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions connecting OpenAge/AgeKey services with client systems • Build and troubleshoot integrations across a variety of platforms including game engines, mobile apps, and web • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and code samples • Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high availability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years in software development with focus on systems integration and API development • Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations • Strong understanding of web technologies and modern frameworks such as NextJS and React • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred) • Familiarity with Python as well as OOP languages such as C# or Java (preferred) • Deep knowledge of digital identity, computer security, cryptography, and user data privacy practices (preferred) • Experience with various methods of age verification such as facial age estimation, ID verification, mobile driver’s license, etc. (preferred) • Experience with WebView implementations and cross-platform development (preferred) • Hands-on experience with native mobile app development (preferred) • History of leading complex integration projects (preferred) • Experience with customers across multiple European markets (preferred) • Familiarity with global youth privacy frameworks such as COPPA and GDPR-K (preferred) • Proficiency in more than two European languages (preferred).
